What is the world coming to?
I read on the back page of Computing that a pressure group is suggesting all UK prisoners NEED universal internet access to make sure they get the most of online educational resources.
What? Excuse me? Sorry!
I thought they were prisoners. And then the government wonders why companies shift jobs to cheaper countries when we are wasting money on things like this... only my opinion of course.

Surely all prisoners have a God given right to exploit as much money out of the british tax payer as humanly possible! Afterall some of them were sent down for nicking the dosh in the first place and the nasty policemen took it away from them!!!
